1st Half Property Taxes Due April 30

WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 23, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) –Doug Lasher, Clark County Treasurer, stated that first-half property taxes are due on Wednesday, April 30, 2014. “If you have not received your 2014 first-half tax statement or have lost it, you can visit our website at www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer or contact the Treasurer’s Office at 397-2252 for a duplicate statement.”

Taxpayers can pay property taxes quickly and conveniently online through a third-party payment provider, Paymentus, at the Treasurer’s website using MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or E-Check. There is a small convenience fee required for using an E-Check or credit/debit card per Washington State statute.

If mailing a tax payment, please mail it to the Clark County Treasurer, PO Box 9808, Vancouver, Washington 98666-8808. Tax payments must be postmarked by Wednesday, April 30, 2014, to avoid interest charges. Taxpayers are encouraged to use the return envelope and payment coupon provided with their statement to mail their payments.
