Public Health offers 0% interest loans for failing septic systems
Vancouver, WA - September 23, 2008 - (RealEstateRama) — Clark County Public Health is offering deferred, 0% interest loans to homeowners with failing septic systems in need of repair or replacement. To qualify, households must meet income guidelines established by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and be located outside the city of Vancouver.
Maximum income for loan eligibility, as determined by HUD guidelines:
Household of one - $38,000
Household of two - $43,450
Household of three - $48,900
Household of four - $54,300
Household of five - $58,650
Household of six - $63,000
Household of seven - $67,350
Household of eight - $71,700
