Seattle’s program will result in the balanced management of nearly 100 miles of marine, lake and estuarine shorelines throughout the city. The city’s locally tailored program is designed to minimize environmental damage to shoreline areas, reserve appropriate areas for water-oriented uses, and protect the public’s right to enjoy shorelines areas.

The Homeless Investment Analysis provides an in depth look at the City’s current and historical investments to prevent and end homelessness as well as make recommendations to move to a more effective system of homeless services.

The property is located within the Pioneer Square submarket, which is situated just south of the Seattle CBD, and is 98 percent vacant. The joint venture acquired the property from a private owner in an off market transaction.
