March 7, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Doug Lasher, Clark County Treasurer, announced that a Property Tax Foreclosure Auction will be conducted on Friday, March 18, 2011, at 9 a.m. in the 6th Floor Hearing Room, Clark County Public Service Center Building, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington. Lasher stated, “As of March 7, there are 13 parcels subject for sale this year; however, this number may be reduced if payment is made by 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 17.” Interested persons may obtain a foreclosure property list from the Clark County Treasurer’s web site at www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer/salesinfo.html or from the Treasurer’s Office at 1300 Franklin Street, second floor, Vancouver, Washington.
Cash, cashier’s check, or a money order is required at the time of purchase. Personal or business checks will not be accepted. Pre-registration will be held in the Clark County Treasurer’s Office, Second Floor, on March 14, 15, 16, & 17, 2011, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Registration is required in order to bid.
