Doug Lasher, Clark County Treasurer, announced that a Property Tax Foreclosure Auction will be conducted on Friday, February 1, 2008, at 9 a.m. in the 6th Floor Hearing Room, Clark County Public Service Center Building, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington. Lasher stated, “It is anticipated that there will be two parcels subject to sale this year.” Interested persons may obtain a foreclosure property list from the Clark County Treasurer’s web site at www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer/salesinfo.html or from the Treasurer’s Office at 1300 Franklin Street, second floor, Vancouver, Washington. Please note that cell phones will not be allowed to be used in the Hearing Room.
Cash, cashier’s check, or a money order is required at the time of purchase. Personal checks will not be accepted. Pre-registration will be held in the Clark County Treasurer’s Office, Second Floor, on January 29, 30, 31, 2008, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Registration is required in order to bid.
