To qualify, households must meet income guidelines established by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and be located outside the city of Vancouver.

Household of two – $43,450
Household of three – $48,900
Household of four – $54,300
Household of five – $58,650
Household of six – $63,000
Household of seven – $67,350
Household of eight – $71,700
